"The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations."
During "National Collection Week" of Operation Christmas Child, our drop has served as an area drop off site for over 15 years.
Local churches are able to drop off their collected shoeboxes for us to coordinate the next step for drop off! It's a team effort to take all the collected shoeboxes to either processing centers.
Deborah Pace has served as our drop off coordinate since 2015. She helps coordinate all the efforts of dropping shoeboxes off at the regional location, ordering shoebox supplies and more.
Please reach us at wendellbaptist@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Anyone! Shoeboxes can be packed not only during National Collection Week in November, but year round!
